Cancellation 

✻Booking once made cannot be cancelled or moved to another date. 

✻There is no refund in the event of cancellation,unless it is discussed and specified under the quote remarks section by the reservations team

✻We expect you to maintain the neighbour conduct and follow the rules or specifications mentioned by the Happy Retreats team, If found inappropriate Happy Retreats has got complete rights to cancel your reservation at any given time without giving any refund.

Booking Conditions 

Minimum 50% advance payment is needed to confirm the booking

Events or weddings cannot be conducted at our venue by just booking rooms and villas only. Venue charges will be applicable if you are planning to host any event at our venue. 

Consumption of drugs or any illegal substances are strictly prohibited and if you are found doing so, we will have to inform the nearby police station

Playing loud music is strictly prohibited unless special permissions are taken in advance.Music cutoff time is 10:00 PM
